The Crimson of
Shining Gold and Mud
Two paths, one search, an eternal question
I was on my own, trying to find,
The crimson of hope and humanity unknown
Suddenly I saw 2 paths open
One made of mud and another of shining gold.
I entered the shining one,
Still trying to find the crimson that is unknown.
I saw roads built of silver,
Men made of gold
And rivers where flows the finest wine,
But something seemed missing.
Everyone looked pale.
They would all just sleep and eat
Just like a cow does.
They would fight,
Just like wild animals do,
They could betray,
Just like the devil did.
Some would try to stop them
Like a human does
And most would watch
Just like an owl watches.
I left that road and went to the other,
Where people were made of mud,
Roads made of stone,
Houses made of brick,
And rivers where flowed water,
They would eat one time
And skip the next.
They would help each other.
I felt like I found something,
And was about to leave.
Suddenly I saw something again,
Some of those mud were transferred to the gold.
Suddenly, they started to become,
Just like the people of that world
And somehow the mud started to fade.
A while later there were no mud
And everything was gold.
I started to think hard about
What did I find or Did I really find anything
And thought,
"But the crimson I wanted to find,
Shouldn't it be in either the gold or the mud?"
